Hello all!
Welcome to the official blog of the Beaumont School Runners. Do you know what makes it official? The fact that I used the word official. This is where information will be posted about the St Albans Half-Marathon (June 9th), running tips, nutritional information and a general place to discuss things. Hopefully it can be helpful for those of you taking part in an event like this for the first time.
I won't pretend to know the answers to everything or to pretend I'm the greatest runner of all time (although of course I am very close) but I hope that this blog will be useful in some way.
